Email support@vestapilot.com and a person will answer. There are no accounts, so please mention what your board did and what you expected.
In the Vestaboard app, go to Settings and create a Read/Write key for your board. Paste it into VestaPilot. The app reads your board first to check the key works and to detect whether it is a Flagship or a Note, before it writes anything.
Tap Try the demo board on the first screen. Everything works - posting, channels, Siri, quiet hours - against a simulated board, with no key and no hardware.
Open History. Every post says what happened to it and why, in a sentence: held for quiet hours, paced behind the previous post, skipped as a duplicate, or over the daily cap. Vestaboard's own API drops messages sent within fifteen seconds of each other, so VestaPilot spaces them out rather than letting one erase another.
Try "Post my next meeting with VestaPilot". For anything scheduled, open the Shortcuts app, make a personal automation - a time of day, arriving home, an alarm being dismissed - and add a VestaPilot action to it. The app does not need to be open; iOS runs the action for you.
That is expected and allowed. The official Vestaboard app and Vestaboard+ channels write to the same board. VestaPilot notices and says so rather than fighting them.
Settings, then Disconnect. That removes the key from the Keychain and clears the app's local history. Deleting the app removes everything else. There is nothing on a server to delete.
